Fuel Finder App ("the app") is operated by Beat the Bookie Ltd (company number 16546873), registered in England and Wales. By using the app you agree to these terms.
The app displays fuel price and forecourt information from the UK Government's Fuel Finder scheme, and electric vehicle charge point information from Open Charge Map, to help you find nearby and low-priced refuelling options.
Fuel prices are reported by retailers and can change at any time. Charge point details are community-maintained and may be incomplete or out of date. We make reasonable efforts to show current information but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always confirm the price at the pump or charge point before purchasing. We are not responsible for any difference between prices shown in the app and prices charged by a retailer or charging network.
Do not interact with the app while driving. Set your destination before you set off, or ask a passenger.
Tapping a station or charger opens your device's maps application, which is provided by Apple or Google under their own terms. Fuel data is provided under the Open Government Licence v3.0; charge point data © Open Charge Map contributors (CC BY-SA 4.0). Fuel Finder App is independent and is not affiliated with GOV.UK, the government Fuel Finder service, or any fuel retailer or charging network.
The app is provided free of charge and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the app or reliance on the information it displays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction over these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
